My new girl arrived! I named her Muffy and took some down and dirty shots before she recieved her spa treatment (hairwash).

Well I did ponder another night and decided not to get Hello Harvest because she seems too similar to my other girls and I think I love RCC more.
But Cloud Nine Bowl is now purchased.
No more Blythes, no more Blythes, no more Blythe.......unless I find the perfect pale blonde!

With the bulk of new Blythes having come out and about to debut I have started yet another wish list. True I need new dolls like I need a hole in the head but I really like the new different eye colors and the prices are reasonable unlike the limited dolls.


1. Hello Harvest
I like that she is a Radiance mold which I only have in Last Kiss. I love the hair which sort of reminds me of RCC but there are no bangs! Plus light grey and tan front facing eyechips make her prettier in others photos than her promo shots. I also love the yellow and pink makeup. Her outfit is cute though I try not to be swayed by outfits its more a plus if a nice outfit comes with a doll I want.





2.Cloud Nine Bowl
She is a Toys R Uss exclusive but affordable if acting soon. I told myself not another Superior mold but since i dont have a redhead in superior mold it would be a little different then there is the supposed exclusive factor. I like the bright green eyeshadow and apple green front gaze and her hair is adorable! The fact that her outfit is really really cute is a big bonus.





There is a pale blond coming out in November "Angelica Eve". I really dont like the outfit or theme but everytime a blond comes out I hope Its the 'one' since I dont have a true blond and the only true blonds I seem to like is possibly Takara Mondrian who is almost as expensive as a Kenner so I just keep hoping a new blond will meet my expectations.

It has been a lazy summer. The girls have been lounging in the warm sun and drinking tequilla as summer quickly passes.



As I was doing jobs around the house I was reminded that I should change the girls clothes as its getting cooler. I continued doing as I was doing when the reminder grew stronger.

Etsy Buy Handmade Moppette

I have started to make one of a kind dresses and outfits. I think I was trying to treat my designs like a business and make multiples but I am more happy slowly working on one piece as a hobby. I like the craftmanship of a small Blythe outfit but what I seem to also enjoy is the creativity involved. There are many fine dresses on the market that can be produced in mass from one design and others who have the ability to make pretty multiples.
Also in my last collection I think I may have veered into the cute realm on some pieces which isnt neccessarily my style or strength of design.
Though I have always enjoyed working on Blythe outfits I find even more enjoyment working on the one of the kind.
Or perhaps I like the idea if something doesnt sell my girls get a new dress, heehee.
